Our tortilla chips are not considered wheat free as they are fried in oil that also frys wheat products.

 

Ceviche –Fish or Shrimp

Pollo Fundido- ask for it to be made with the molcajete salsa or red tomatillo sauce only

Nachos Supremo – vegetarian, shredded beef or shredded pork

ENSALADAS

Ensalada De La Casa (use table salsa for dressing as the normal dressings are made with vinegar)

Ensalada de Pollo –use sautéed chicken w/ molcajete or tomatillo sauce or just the shredded beef, or shredded pork

Enchiladas De Espinacas – substitute the green tomatillo sauce with one of the above listed sauces.

 

Tacos de Pescado – ask them to NOT bread the fish with flour.
